LONDON – Aug. 4, 2026 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s London office has advised H.I.G. Capital (H.I.G.), a leading global alternative investment firm with US$75 billion in capital under management, and FourWinds Capital Partners (FWCP), a midmarket private equity firm investing across Europe, on their acquisition of Avove Utilities, a leading UK infrastructure services and engineering company focused on the regulated water and power markets.
