Bradley R. Marsh to Present at the 2021 California Lawyers Association Annual Estate and Gift Tax Conference

SAN FRANCISCO – May 24, 2021 – Bradley R. Marsh, co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s San Francisco office, will participate in the Virtual California Lawyer Association (CLA) Annual Estate and Gift Tax Conference. He will present “What Every Planner Needs to Know After Prop 19” on May 28 at 2:00 pm – 3:00 p.m. PST, and will discuss Prop 19, which passed on the November 2020 ballot. He will cover current property tax rules as well as rules related to entities, and the strategies that remain for property tax planning.

Marsh, who is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Tax Practice, focuses his practice on tax controversy matters, including property, sales, payroll, business license, employment, franchise, parcel, district, documentary transfer, transient occupancy, utility user, income, parking, gift and estate taxes. He serves as a co-chair of the State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice and represents clients in audits, litigation, and administrative hearings, as well as providing analysis for transactions and business models and developing strategies for legislative resolutions.
