  • Successfully defended financial services corporation against a multi-million dollar claim for breach of contract with land developer, collecting millions of dollars in attorneys’ fees.
  • Successfully defended municipality against separate FMLA claims brought by employees.
  • Represented large publicly traded food and beverage company in litigation involving false advertising and unfair trade practice claims under both state and federal law.
  • Advised major food and beverage companies, especially in the dairy industry, on complex regulatory matters including representation to the Department of Agriculture in administrative proceedings.
  • Defended large multi-national oil company in government investigations involving Foreign Corrupt Practice Act allegations.
