He advises companies on the day-to-day management of their real estate portfolios, in particular on negotiating and concluding retail, office and warehouse leases and other real estate agreements as well as performing and subsequently renegotiating such agreements.

- Participated in preparing legal opinions and transaction documentation, including property sales contracts, preliminary contracts and lease contracts as well as due diligence reports.°
