- Participated in the work for the Dekada Capital Group in connection with the sale of a shopping center under the “Dekada” brand located in Konin, to Tewox.°
- Participated in preparing legal opinions and transaction documentation, including property sales contracts, preliminary contracts and lease contracts as well as due diligence reports.°
