“Diversity, equity, and inclusion are baked into who we are as a firm. These are core to our comprehensive approach to client service and our commitment to a more diverse workplace and profession, to creating a more just society, and to giving back,” Greenberg Traurig Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer and Litigation Shareholder Nikki Lewis Simon said. “We are extremely proud to be recognized by Bloomberg Law, particularly given the six core areas scored.”
The framework was developed in 2021 in collaboration with Bloomberg’s Gender-Equality Index team as well as diversity leads at corporations and U.S.-based law firms. Performance was assessed across more than 85 metrics, each associated with one of the framework’s six core pillars.
