ACIC Spring Investment Forum

Tammy Lam will be a panelist at the American College of Investment Counsel's 2026 Spring Investment Forum: Game Day. The session she will speak in, titled Changing Landscape & Provision Evolution, will focus on the evolving landscape of private placements, new players entering the field, the impact on traditional investors and their market share, as well as the structural and documentary tweaks that can make deals more attractive to issuers and help closings move more efficiently. The panelists will also address the more controversial terms making their way into private placements, why they're showing up, and what they mean from an issuer's perspective.
