WARSAW – 20 June 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised PAK-Polska Czysta Energia, part of ZE PAK Group, one of the leaders in the energy transition in Poland, in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Człuchów in the Pomerania Province, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 72.6 MW.

The planned investment will amount to approx. PLN 725 million. 

The transaction was led by Local Partner Paulina Kimla–Kaczorowska, who was supported by Associate Marcin Gralewski in real estate aspects of the transaction. Associate Michał Kuratowski was responsible for corporate aspects of the transaction as well as the supervision of the due diligence process. The transaction team also included: Senior Associate Agnieszka Stopińska, Associate Marta Ludyga and Justyna Kozik. Local Partner Barbara Pancer supported the negotiation process.
