Barbara T. Kaplan to Present at NYU School of Professional Studies Tax Controversy Forum

NEW YORK– June 23, 2022 – Co-chair of the Global Tax Practice of law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Barbara T. Kaplan will present on a panel titled “Tips for Contesting Foreign Asset Reporting Penalties” at the NYU School of Professional Studies 14th Annual Tax Controversy Forum June 23 at 3:45 p.m.

This annual Tax Controversy Forum is an interactive style presentation given by experts in the tax field and covers a broad range of issues regarding tax audits and tax litigation. Kaplan’s panel will discuss navigating the penalty abatement process and avoiding significant penalties for minor faults.
