McLEAN, VA. – Sept. 09, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Litigation Associate and Iranian American Bar Association (IABA) Washington, D.C. chapter President Shirin Afsous will moderate an IABA panel concerning the Supreme Court’s Dobbs opinion Sept. 14 at 6 p.m.
IABA is a professional organization that seeks to educate and inform the Iranian-American community about legal issues of interest, ensure that local representatives, government officials, and the American public are informed on legal matters concerning the Iranian-American community.
Afsous is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Northern Virginia office. She has deep experience interacting with clients and developing case strategy. Afsous has handled trials as first chair attorney and has wide-ranging experience drafting, researching, preparing witnesses for trial, conducting depositions, and arguing dispositive motions.
