WARSAW – 10 November 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised Value4Capital, a private equity firm, on the sale of 100% of the shares in Kom-Eko to a fund whose sole and exclusive investment advisor is CEE Equity Partners.
The transaction was led by Local Partner Mateusz Zaleński, supported by Associate Michał Bałdowski as well as Szymon Świerszcz.
