Greenberg Traurig Represented VALOREM in Connection with a Partnership Regarding the Development of Photovoltaic Projects

WARSAW – 5 December 2023 – Greenberg Traurig represented VALOREM, a French independent green energy operator, in connection with the signing of a cooperation agreement with T&T PROENERGY for the development of photovoltaic projects with a capacity of over 300 MW in Poland. As part of the agreement, T&T will carry out the investment process of the projects to construction-ready status.

The transaction was led and supervised by Konrad Kosicki, Local Partner heading the Energy and Natural Resources Practice in Poland. The team advising on the transaction included: Counsel Dorota Derlicka, Associates Karolina Lewandowska and Rafał Kulpa and Junior Associate Szymon Grudzień.

It has a portfolio of 5.4 GW of projects in the development phase and more than 850 MW under construction and in operation.
