WARSAW – 27 August 2026 – Greenberg Traurig advised Henley on the sale of the Pestka shopping center in Poznań to Opal Centers.
Pestka is a three-storey shopping center located in the Winiary district of Poznań, at the intersection of two major traffic arteries and with a tram stop directly at its entrance. The center offers approximately 42,000 sqm of GLA across around 70 retail and service units, anchored by a hypermarket. It provides close to 1,000 parking spaces.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Alicja Flis, supervised by Counsel Olga Durawa and supported by Junior Associate Grzegorz Zajma. Local Partner Maciej Kacymirow and Senior Associate Mateusz Rogulski advised on the tax aspects of the transaction, with support from Junior Associate Weronika Kopeć.
