Ben Fechter is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. Having previously served as a criminal prosecutor, as well as a civil litigator for a large, regional firm, Ben represents individuals and businesses of all sizes in various business disputes at the federal, state, and local levels. With more than 1,000 hours in a courtroom, Ben has deep experience as both a litigator and a trial lawyer, having sat first-chair for more than a dozen jury trials.
