Mark J. Kelson is Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Corporate Practice. Mark oversees the firm’s corporate transactional practice globally and leads multi-disciplinary teams in complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He represents private equity sponsors and strategic investors in buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, restructurings and other investments in numerous industries, emphasizing technology, healthcare, business services, consumer products, industrials, gaming and hospitality, food and beverage and telecommunications. Mark also advises companies in connection with private and public capital raising transactions, as well as counseling boards of directors with respect to corporate governance best practices, transaction strategy, regulatory compliance, fiduciary duties and executive compensation issues.
Mark has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in the area of Corporate/M&A: Private Equity and Private Equity: Buyouts.
