Jennifer M. Landolfi focuses her practice on labor and employment, government contracting, and regulatory compliance. She advises and represents employers across a broad range of labor and employment, administrative, and litigation matters, including disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, reasonable accommodation, wage and hour compliance, and restrictive covenants. She also advises and represents regulated entities in complex government contracting and regulatory compliance matters before state agencies, and assists clients with procurement strategies and practices.
Drawing on experience in both the public and private sectors, Jennifer helps clients navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges, manage risk, and pursue compliance objectives. She has worked with government agencies and regulated entities to strengthen procurement practices and update regulations, policies, procedures, and guidance. She also has experience assisting public and private organizations with business and real estate transactions, investigations, audits, compliance initiatives, trade secret disputes, and the analysis and drafting of procurement documents.
