Alicia Schleifman represents ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families and domestic and international family offices on estate planning, charitable giving, gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, and business interest planning matters. She handles estate and trust administration for fiduciaries, including trust decanting, probate proceedings, and international tax planning. Her practice includes facilitating transactions involving clients’ investments and business interests.

Alicia prepares estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, dynasty trusts, Crummey trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, insurance trusts, health care proxies and living wills, powers of attorney, limited liability company agreements, and prenuptial agreements. She handles transactions involving dissolution of investment vehicles, purchase and sale of real estate, and transfers of illiquid assets, including artwork.

Alicia collaborates directly with clients and their advisory teams to structure and implement comprehensive estate plans.
