Kassidy Schmitz focuses her practice on patent litigation and intellectual property matters. She represents clients in district court litigation, Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission and inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Her practice includes drafting inter partes review petitions, preparing expert reports, and handling motions, pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and pre- and post-trial materials. Additionally, Kassidy has experience in patent prosecution, particularly with design patent applications.
