Tetsuya Watanabe

Tetsuya Watanabe is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s real estate team. He advises international real estate funds, financial institutions, asset managers in a broad range of transactions and across all major asset classes. He also assists Japanese domestic companies and investors in joint ventures with international investors and companies and outbound cross border investment initiatives. In addition to advising on real estate matters, he supports land acquisition and development for renewable energy-related projects. He also assists with the firm’s PE fund’s practice particularly where the funds and platforms are focused on real estate and infrastructure assets as well as the firm’s financial services regulatory practice.
