USPTO's 2022 Business Methods Partnership Meeting

Greenberg Traurig Shareholders Barry J. Schindler, Co-Chair of the firm's Global Patent Prosecution Group, and Lennie Bersh will speak at the United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) 2022 Business Methods Partnership Meeting being held virtually on Tuesday, September 13. Their session, "Prosecuting Machine Learning Patents," will focus on obviousness rejections under 35 U.S.C. 103 for claims reciting Machine-Learning. The event will bring attendees together to share ideas, experiences, and insights and to provide a forum for informal discussion.
