Jon S. Robins to Present CLE Real Estate Financing Course

PHILADELPHIA – Feb. 6, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Real Estate Practice Shareholder Jon S. Robins will serve as a co-presenter discussing real estate financing and how to best structure loans with various types of borrowers and guarantors in a continuing legal education (CLE) course, Feb. 7 at 1 p.m.

The course, titled “Structuring Real Estate Financing with Foreign Borrowers, Trusts, and Tenants in Common,” will discuss foreign parties as investors and guarantors, due diligence in structuring loans, transfer and loan documents revisions, and more.
