Giuliano Apadula

Giuliano Apadula focuses his practice on the management and mitigation of environmental risks in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of environmentally impacted real estate and assets. Giuliano structures, negotiates and manuscripts specialty lines environmental insurance products and contractual solutions to help developers and corporations manage large-scale environmental risks and facilitate the placement of equity and debt financing for projects that would otherwise struggle because of environmental impacts. Giuliano has negotiated and manuscripted complex and significant environmental insurance programs for real estate development projects, including a number of military bases, large-scale mixed-use developments, residential, retail and commercial projects and industrial and operating manufacturing facilities.
