  • Represents ADM International and ADM Szamotuły in litigation proceedings including proceedings befor the Supreme Court.°
  • Represents PKN Orlen S.A. in litigation proceedings before the Polish judiciary regarding compensatory damages, and also with respect to the corporate issues of a key PKN Orlen subsidiary, including representation before the Supreme Court.°
  • Represented a Polish real estate investor in an arbitration case conducted according to the regulations of the Polish Chamber of Commerce regarding the purchase of shares, as well as in negotiating a settlement.
  • Represented Harper Hygienics in litigation matters before the Polish Patent Office and the Polish judiciary.°
  • Represents a private equity fund in a significant legal proceeding concerning its subsidiary.°
  • Represents an automotive company in litigation proceedings related to intellectual proceedings.°
  • Represented Kompania Piwowarska S.A., in a proceeding related to a squeeze out, including representation before the Supreme Court.°

  • Represented a group of equity funds in a proceeding against the approval of a Polish court arrangement for Netia Holdings and its two affiliated entities as well as participating in negotiating an out of court settlement.°
  • Represented PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. in an arbitration proceeding.°
  • Represented HBO in its dispute with Canal+, as well as in negotiation of an out of court settlement.°
  • Represented Bank BPH S.A. and the bank’s Chairman in connection with infringement of personal rights.°
  • Represented a number of entities in pre-litigation stages as well as in negotiation of out of court settlements; advised a large array of clients on labor law matters (employment and termination of management contracts, mass layoffs). Also participated in numerous court disputes related to labor law, negotiated settlements and benefits packages in privatization processes.°
  • Advised Aero Vodochody, a Penta Investments group company, in the proposed acquisition of WSK "PZL-Świdnik" S.A.°
  • Represented Unibail Rodamco in corporate matters as well as in the Galeria Mokotów shareholders agreement.°
  • Represented GE Transportation (GET) in connection with the sale of locomotive fleet and services contracts.°
  • Advised Bombardier Transportation on issues related to public procurement.°
  • Advises Epic Games on corporate and IP matters.°
  • Represented Microsoft in entering into and carrying out a long term lease agreement for an office building for Microsoft in Poland.°
  • Represented various other clients in M&A and real estate transactions, including: Smithfields Foods, Inc., Morliny S.A., Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., Accor S.A., TP S.A., ABB sp. z o.o., US Steel Corporation.°
  • Participated in and conducted legal due diligence of companies from various sectors, including real estate, hotel, banking, insurance, food and beverage, shipbuilding, energy and steelworks.°
