Ana C. Montalbán, Co-Chair of Somos GT, Greenberg Traurig’s Latino Affinity Group, is a practical, solutions-driven lawyer. She counsels clients on diverse public finance matters, with an emphasis on disclosure and municipal securities issues.

She serves as bond counsel, lender’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, purchaser’s counsel, disclosure counsel, issuer’s counsel, borrower’s counsel and counsel to other lender entities in connection with tax-exempt and taxable financings and other lending transactions throughout the country. Ana also has a robust local practice in Philadelphia and throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. From time to time, she also represents nonprofit organizations, including hospitals and other health care organizations and schools and higher education institutions.

Ana advises clients on publicly and privately offered financings in a wide array of sectors, including general government, airports, highway, bridge, high-speed rail, and other infrastructure projects, economic development projects, higher education, water and sewer utilities, real estate-based lending, asset securitizations and 144A offerings. Ana is active in the Latino community and civically engaged locally in Philadelphia.
