Market Trends, Liability Management Transactions and Make-Whole Developments

The Greenberg Traurig’s Restructuring and Bankruptcy practices hosted a Market Trends, Liability Management Transactions and Make-Whole Developments CLE seminar and subsequent holiday reception at the #GTNY office. The best practices session addressed current restructuring market trends and recent legal developments on liability management transactions. It also covered a lender’s ability to recover on account of the make-whole provisions in its debt documents. Chicago Shareholder David LaSota provided opening remarks, followed by presentations by Chicago Shareholder and Co-Chair Charles Kolin, Houston Shareholder Shari Heyen and New York Shareholders Oscar Pinkas and Brian Greer.
