Kick off for the refinancing of the €286 million for the debt of Custodia Valore–Credito su Pegno that was assisted by Pietro Caliceti (Partner) and Dante Campiverdi (Senior Associate). The transaction was completed in the context of the acquisition of Credito Valtellinese’s pawnbroking business "InPegno" for an amount of €38 million that was aimed for the refinancing of the debt transferred with such business unit.
