Ejim Achi is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Corporate Practice and its Private Equity Practice, Co-Managing Shareholder of the firm’s New York office, Co-Chair of the firm’s New York Corporate Practice, and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.
