- Represented Industrial Income Trust since its inception in the acquisition of industrial buildings throughout the United States valued in excess of $1 billion.
- Represented Industrial Property Trust since its inception in the acquisition of industrial buildings throughout the United States.
- Represented Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors in connection with the acquisition, financing and development of student housing and senior housing properties throughout the United States.
- Represented a private equity company in connection with the disposition of a 50-plus portfolio of largely ground leased properties.
- Represented a private equity company in connection with the acquisition and development of projects in South Florida.
- Represented the U.S. real estate arm of a Hong-Kong listed multinational corporation in acquisition, development and financing of "Brickell CityCentre," a large-scale mixed-use retail, hotel, office and condominium project located in Downtown Miami.
- Represented trustees, bondholders and their real estate advisors in connection with wide-ranging matters, including acquisitions, sales and the restructuring of community development district bonds.
- Represented a real estate developer in connection with a $120 million construction loan from an affiliate of Blackstone.
- Represented institutional investors in connection with credit tenant loan financings for properties in Florida, Georgia, New York, North Carolina and Washington D.C..
- Represented a publicly traded company in connection mezzanine loan financings.
- Represented developers in connection with land assemblages and hotel, condominium, retail and industrial warehouse projects.
- Represented landlords in industrial leasing throughout the East Coast of the United States.
