Driving LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion: As a Business Imperative Through Legal Compliance

John Richards, Shareholder and Global Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Retail Industry Group and LGBTQ+ Affinity Group, and Todd Sears, Founder & CEO of Out Leadership hosted a CLE LGBTQ+ Legal & Talent Session and networking reception at the Greenberg Traurig, One Vanderbilt NYC office. 

The discussion centered around helping leadership and management better understand LBGTQ+ workplace issues, especially with more conservative employee populations in certain segments, including:
- How to make the business and legal case for fostering LGBTQ+ equity, protection, and inclusion in the workplace;
- How to Create inclusive policies and benefits to remain competitive;
- How to Translate these policies into practice, manage inclusively, mitigate risk, and drive success.
