Gabriel Lozano, shareholder at Greenberg Traurig's Mexico City office, Craig Duewall, Mark Stratton, and Alan Hersh, shareholders and of counsel at Greenberg Traurig's Austin office, will participate as speakers alongside Justice Scott Field, Fifteenth Court of Appeals, in the panel “Texas Business Courts,” organized by the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Legal and Rule of Law Committee. The session will take place on October 9, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
During the session, panelists will analyze the impact of the recent creation of the Texas Business Court, inspired by the models in New York and Delaware, and discuss how this new court seeks to foster a favorable business environment and attract investment to the state.
