City & State will host its 2025 New York City Council Members Retreat, bringing together experts to provide insight on key issues that newly elected Council Members will face during their tenure.
Bob Harding, Shareholder in the New York office, will speak on the panel titled “Navigating the Budget” at 9:50 AM. Bob previously served as the New York City Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Finance, and also served as Director for the Office of Management and Budget for the mayor's office.
Later in the day, at 3:10 PM, Jonathan Bing, Shareholder, will moderate the City Council Speaker Debate. Jonathan served five terms in the New York State Assembly representing the East Side of Manhattan. He also served as a special deputy superintendent of the New York Department of Financial Services in charge of the Liquidation Bureau.
