Miguel Flores Bernés, shareholder in the Antitrust Litigation and Competition Regulation practice at Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office, will participate as moderator in his capacity as Chair of ICC Mexico’s Economic Competition Commission during the Joint Virtual Session of the Arbitration & ADR, Anti-Corruption, Economic Competition, Corporate Intelligence, and Risk Management Commissions, which will take place on Thursday, December 4, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. via Zoom.
The session will address the topic “Reconfiguration of Amparo in Mexico: Implications for the Business Community,” aiming to analyze the main changes introduced by the new Amparo Law and their strategic implications for the defense of corporate interests, legal risk management, and regulatory compliance.
