Greenberg Traurig advising HB Reavis in EUR 186 million sale of Gdański Business Center – 2 Warsaw office buildings

NEW YORK – Sept. 15, 2016 – Greenberg Traurig’s Warsaw office is advising HB Reavis Group in the sale of two A class office buildings located in Śródmieście, the city center, at 4 and 4A Inflancka St. The value of the transaction will amount to EUR 186 million.

Greenberg Traurig is providing HB Reavis Group with comprehensive legal advice with respect to the Transaction and the negotiation of all transaction documents. The transaction is led by Partner Radomił Charzyński who was supported by Senior Associate Olga Durawa and Associate Filip Widuch.

Gdański Business Center is a complex of four modern A class office buildings located in Śródmieście, the central district of Warsaw. Buildings A and B, which are the subject of the transaction, have a combined 46,000 m2 of modern office space for rent with an additional area for restaurants, shops and services on the ground floor. Together with the two additional C and D buildings, which are still under construction, the entire complex will total 100,000 m2. Gdański Business Center offers a unique combination of high quality buildings, an innovative mixed environment and a well-connected location.
