BOSTON – Feb. 23, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP elevated Dina E. Conlin to shareholder and Kelly M. Pesce to of counsel in the firm’s Boston office.
Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of 60 new shareholders spanning 25 offices and 11 practice areas, as well as 36 attorneys elevated to of counsel or counsel from 18 different offices and 11 areas of law. The firm also reported revenues of $2 billion for FY 2021, the eighth consecutive year of record revenue, and a 15.8% increase over the previous year.

A member of the Real Estate Practice, Conlin advises clients in many aspects of commercial real estate transactions, representing sellers and purchasers of commercial property, including in financing and structuring of private equity transactions; land owners and tenants in ground leasing and development projects; and private companies with respect to the real estate aspect of mergers and stock purchases. She also counsels tenants and landlords in leasing office and laboratory space, and advises clients on zoning and other land use matters. Conlin has wide-ranging experience with projects on public lands, having represented a public agency in the ground leasing and development of lands involving public rights of way and state and federal oversight. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School.
Pesce is a member of the Litigation and Labor & Employment Practices and represents employers in virtually all areas of labor and employment law, including litigation of discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage and hour class actions, and numerous other personnel and workplace issues. She also has deep experience with complex eDiscovery matters and regularly counsels clients on a variety of information governance matters, including record retention, data privacy, and cybersecurity. Pesce was recognized as an “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 2021 and participated in the 2020-2021 Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Leadership Program. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to two federal judges. Pesce is magna cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law.
