Max Bogost is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Litigation Practice. Max represents clients in state and federal courts across all stages of litigation. Max works with clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, retail, food, and beverage. Max has experience litigating claims in the areas of false advertising, unfair competition, trademark, contract, and products liability. For food and beverage clients, Max focuses on both navigating advertising, labelling, and food safety regulations, as well as defending against such claims.
Max has written and spoken on topics including, product “purity” claims, greenwashing trends, consumer product warranties, and social media compliance. He has also contributed to publications addressing FDA regulatory trends.
