Ashley M. Boulton is a skilled litigator who represents clients across industries on a range of complex commercial litigation matters. She draws on her experience as a former Ninth Circuit judicial law clerk and as a civil litigation partner with over a decade of experience to effectively navigate the complexities of appellate litigation in both state and federal court. Applying her strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, Ashley crafts compelling arguments aimed at defending hard-won victories or overturning unfavorable rulings, pursuing justice for clients where it matters the most.

In addition to her appellate practice, Ashley frequently represents clients at the trial court level in all phases of civil litigation, from discovery through trial.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Ashley served as a law clerk to Hon. Consuelo M. Callahan at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She was also a partner at the Sacramento region’s largest law firm, where her practice focused on complex business, food and agriculture, environmental and appellate litigation.
