Raila Brejt is an associate in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s New York City office. She represents financial institutions, debt funds, private equity funds, real estate investment trusts, and other lenders on matters such as origination, structuring, and negotiation of mortgage and mezzanine loans, leasehold and fee financings, and loans structured for securitization. Her practice extends across the entire life cycle of real estate investment and development, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing of a variety of asset classes including hospitality, industrial, retail, multifamily, mixed-use, and office.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Raila previously worked as counsel to developers, real estate investors, and not-for-profit entities on condominium formation and offering plan registration. Her practice included managing all phases of the condominium formation process and preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
