Jake Byrne handles commercial real estate transactions for owners, developers, investors, and lenders. His work spans acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, joint ventures and investment structuring, and take-back financing, along with the entity formation, corporate governance, and restructuring work that supports those deals. Jake drafts the full range of transaction documents needed to move a deal from term sheet to closing.

Clients rely on Jake for practical transactional support across the life cycle of a real estate asset, whether they are structuring a new venture, acquiring or selling property, negotiating commercial leases, or reorganizing existing holdings. He also counsels businesses on purchase and sale transactions and day-to-day corporate governance questions.

Before entering the legal profession, Jake worked in medical device sales, giving him a commercial perspective on how clients evaluate risk and make decisions.
