Laura Dramis joined Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Department as a trainee lawyer, focusing on Corporate Law and M&A, upon completion of her academic studies.
She regularly supports the professionals of the firm in carrying out various activities related to corporate acquisitions. She has also developed a strong interest in Capital Market matters, with particular attention to issues concerning the protection of minority shareholders’ rights in listed companies.
