Federico focuses his practice on tax law and strategic tax planning, with more than 15 years of experience advising public and private companies across a broad range of industries and participating in complex corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

He has deep experience in tax due diligence, risk identification, and transaction structuring, with a practical, business-oriented approach. He also advises clients on corporate reorganizations and the design of tax-efficient structures, and has represented clients on tax audits, interactions with tax authorities and large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
