Jordan Jackson is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office. She focuses on representing clients in labor and employment matters, including discrimination and harassment claims, employee discipline and termination claims, and workplace investigations. Jordan also conducts thorough labor and employment due diligence in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, identifying potential risks and providing practical recommendations to mitigate exposure. In addition, Jordan also drafts and reviews employment agreements, policies, and handbooks for compliance with appropriate federal, state, and local laws.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Jordan earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as a member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, was a 1L teaching assistant, a member of the recruiting team, and a Dean’s Ambassador.
