Max Judge is an associate in the Restructuring & Special Situations practice based in London and acts for lenders, insolvency practitioners, funds and corporates on a wide range of UK and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.
More recently, Max’s practice has concentrated on the real estate, financial services and IT sectors.
Max draws from his experience on secondment at a special situations fund and placements overseas, including in Europe and Latin America.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Max was an associate in the restructuring teams of various leading UK and international law firms.

- Advised a private car park operator and its board of directors on the successful consensual restructuring of its leased car park portfolio and its recapitalisation.°
- Acted for group companies on the restructuring of various Intu shopping centres.°
