Ruth D. Kirshner has over 20 years of experience in commercial and construction litigation. She handles all types of construction disputes ranging from construction and design defect, delays, claims of wrongful termination, and construction injuries on behalf of owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors. She counsels clients with the goal of limiting a company’s potential litigation exposure and, when necessary, handles all facets of litigation from investigation through discovery and case resolution.
