Martin Litt is a member of the Environmental Practice and Mining Group in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office, where he advises mining and natural resources companies on governance, transactional, litigation, regulatory compliance, and government affairs matters. Martin brings deep leadership and legal experience to the firm based on his role as General Counsel of two public mining companies with extensive operations across the western U.S. and in South America.

Prior to joining the firm, Martin most recently was Vice President, U.S. Government Affairs and General Counsel, North America and Chile at Kinross Gold, a global gold mining company. His broader involvement in the industry and community includes service as a board member of the Nevada Mining Association, the American Exploration & Mining Association, and the National Mining Association, and he currently serves on the board of Volunteers of America Colorado.
