Cindy Lopez counsels and represents prime government contractors on a broad range of matters, including bid protests, contract claims and disputes, and regulatory issues affecting government contractors. She works with government contractors in various industries including information technology, energy, aerospace and defense, construction, health care, and cybersecurity.
Cindy’s bid protest practice includes prosecuting and defending against bid protests before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Government Accountability Office, and in state and local administrative forums. Cindy helps clients with complex matters affecting government contractors, including representing government contractors in disputes against federal and state governments and representing both prime contractors and subcontractors in complex commercial disputes.
