Eyal Peled represents domestic and international clients in a broad range of corporate debt and equity securities, capital raising, finance, compliance, and transactional matters. In addition to his work in traditional capital raising matters, Eyal helps cryptocurrency, blockchain and other FinTech companies address their day-to-day and strategic legal needs.
