Lauren Rosenblatt is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's New York office. Her practice focuses on financial services litigation, as well as complex commercial litigation and class action litigation. Lauren’s experience encompasses a broad range of matters involving financial institutions, regulatory authorization, consumer protection laws, bankruptcy, breach of contract, and commercial disputes. She also has wide-ranging experience with class action litigation, including consumer class action defense, and matters involving false advertising, consumer deception, Telephone Consumer Protection Act claims, consumer protection statutes, and antitrust.
Her practice spans all stages of litigation, from pleadings through judgment or settlement. Lauren has a particularly deep knowledge of discovery issues and discovery management and has consistently obtained relevant discovery while assisting clients in navigating the discovery process. Lauren is known for her thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to managing complex cases and her ability to steer case teams under pressure.
Lauren also maintains an active pro bono practice, providing services to individuals seeking assistance in post-trial criminal defense and prisoners’ rights matters.
