Caroline Sage focuses her practice on public finance, serving as bond counsel and disclosure counsel for cities, counties, school districts, special districts, transit agencies, toll road authorities and non-profit organizations on matters involving public works, infrastructure, financings and related projects. She also represents national and regional investment banking firms as underwriter’s counsel in bond transactions.
