He also advises on regulatory matters, particularly those involving supervised entities in the financial sector.
His experience includes assisting with the preparation and negotiation of finance and security documents, drafting legal memoranda and opinions, and coordinating the collection and verification of documents relating to the satisfaction of conditions precedent and conditions subsequent in financing transactions.
