Amy handles Florida procurement matters and assists providers and vendors in preparing government bids and challenging agency procurement decisions. She represents clients in protests and defense of awards for technology contracts with government agencies, including systems for teacher evaluation, Medicaid enrollment broker services, emergency notification systems, and telecommunications infrastructure. Her procurement work includes defending against bid protests and pursuing contract awards for clients in the infrastructure and technology sectors.

- Represented a national company providing disaster relief services in litigation, reversing an agency’s unauthorized reduction of payments for work completed resulting in a multimillion-dollar recovery, plus interest.°
- Represent assisted living facility owners and operators in defense of licensure complaints.
- Represented an assisted living facility trade group in its administrative challenge to state emergency rules requiring installation of generators and imposing onerous new operational requirements.°
